Pablita Velarde Story Boxes

Tse Tsan shares her Pueblo name with her relative and renowned artist, Pablita Velarde. To honor Velarde’s legacy, Tse Tsan created a series of sculptural boxes inspired by Velarde’s book “Old Father Story Teller”. The book depicts traditional stories with themes of animals and spirituality. Each box represents one of those stories.
